I currently only ship within the UK
Some items are immediately available, whilst others are made to order. Time estimates for made to order are given in each product description. Please email if your need is urgent, and I will try to help and always keep you informed. ‘Made to order’ means the product is not currently held as a stock item and will be made specifically for you and to fulfill your order.

Pricing
Prices are as displayed at time of purchase on our website. They are subject to change over time and may reflect changes in the market price of precious metals.
All prices are quoted in GBP. We are not currently VAT registered so no VAT is chargeable or included.
Returns and Exchanges
To return anything please contact me by email within 5 days of receipt of your item to let me know your intention to return.

I can offer a refund or exchange on any item as long as it is returned in the condition that it was received, unworn and in its original packaging, and within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Please note that I cannot reimburse postage costs of the initial order or the postage cost of returning an item.

All items are made and inspected closely by Maria before they are sent out so faults are extremely rare.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate and resolve the situation as soon as possible.

Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on custom made items, or made to order items.
For reasons of health and hygiene I am unable to accept returns on earrings.
Any item sold as a sample is non-returnable.

How to Return

Contact me by email to let me know of your intention to return and I will reply with the return address.

Pack carefully including all the original packaging.

If you are returning a piece, please note I do not take responsibility for the piece until I have received it.

Please send tracked with proof of postage as we will not be liable for missing packages.

Refunds
I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds take up to 10 business days to process and please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

As a solo business owner where I believe in SLOW fashion I try to use sustainable processes that eliminate the need for waste and focus on quality made items. Working with other small, local businesses I do my best to hit deadlines but things don't always go according to plan and orders may take longer than expected. Communication and respect is key.
